Chiehmi is responsible for seeing through investments from sourcing to exit, as well as general portfolio construction with a particular focus on risk management.

Chiehmi acquired first-hand experience in start-up and private equity investing privately as well as being a founding partner of Novator Capital, following his career trading and leading at Bulge Bracket Investment Banks. For over 25 years, he has been active in capital markets, including serving as Head of Equity Structured Products, Asian Head of Equity trading and Head of Global Emerging Markets, Equity at Deutsche Bank.

In addition to his time at Deutsche Bank, he has held numerous trading and leadership roles in equity derivatives and credit trading across flow and structured products at UBS, J.P. Morgan and Citigroup.

Arnaud co-founded luxury fashion e-commerce platform, The Net-a-Porter Group Ltd, over two decades ago, largely self-financed together with the Richemont Group and Busquet Familly.

In addition to his experience as a first-hand founder, he has over 15 years’ experience in investment banking with a focus on derivatives structuring.

Arnaud brings to NaMa his expansive founder network and ability to understand the challenges and opportunities behind founder led businesses.

Prabhu is an expert in structuring investments and is able to utilise a wide range of financial instruments to achieve investment objectives and support founder aspirations for their businesses. He has a strong track record of investing in media and technology companies globally. Many founders of such companies trust Prabhu to take an active role in driving their businesses forward through his creative input and structuring capability.

Prabhu was formerly a co-founding partner of Novator Capital, a pre-IPO investor and predecessor to NaMa Capital. He was also CIO of Aurora Acquisition Corp., a blank cheque company (SPAC) and is currently a director at DNEG and Better Home & Finance.

Prabhu spent over 15 years in professional services firms (big four accountancy and law firms) and was partner in two global law firms where he advised family offices, sovereign wealth funds and private equity on high value transactions across the world.

Prabhu has also advised governments in Europe in their crafting of fiscal stimulus laws. In 2014, Prabhu advised the UK Government in crafting the Private Placement Exemption which directly and immediately resulted in over $14 billion of investments into UK infrastructure on announcement of this law.

Adam focuses on sourcing, structuring and executing equity, debt and capital markets investments, primarily in the technology and media sectors.

Adam has 15+ years experience of negotiating and implementing complex M&A, capital markets and private equity transactions. During his time as a partner at a magic circle law firm, as well as a leading international law firm, Adam has advised across a range of sectors, including TMT, Healthcare, Consumer Goods and Industrials. Adam has also spent time as the Chief Legal and Strategy Officer of a machine learning data science company.

Stepan joined NaMa in 2024. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities within technology and media sectors, as well as monitoring of existing investments.

Prior to joining NaMa, Stepan spent over six years at Bank of America in London, most recently, within their Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Investment Banking team, primarily focusing on M&A and Capital Markets transactions in software and broader technology space.

Florian is the CFO of NaMa focusing on all financial and accounting aspects, as well as strategic initiatives championing growth. He is also the CFO of Novator.

Prior to that, Florian was the CEO of a globally invested Swiss Single Family Office. Before that, he held various senior positions (CIO, Head of Strategy, MD Asset Management) for one of the largest European Single Family Offices. Florian started his career at McKinsey & Company where he was a junior Partner in their Vienna office.

Susy has over 20 years of expertise working within family offices and business administration.

She has in-depth experience in human resources management, developing infrastructure for operations, as well as delivering on operational targets.

She recently completed a master’s degree (LLM) at the University of London on Organisational Anthropology to add theory to her existing skills of managing and delivering targets within complex and diverse teams, whilst guaranteeing connected relationships in organisations.
